Det är tänkt som en politisk ledare och inte en administrativ-funktion vid möten.

Nu var det ett tag sedan jag hade någon uppdaterad aktiv kunskap om mobil-protokollen eller kunskaper i bassystemen även om jag får erkänna att jag lärde mig och var road av att läsa om GSM och UMTS medan jag var på Ericsson 1999 (den senare var ju en standard som utvecklades vid tiden).

Varför går det nu inte via Sydkoreanska basstationer? Nå det störs väl kanske över gränsen? Eller så är det ev. så avbefolkat där nere att det inte når utan störa störningar (troligt lite både och kanske?).

Emellertid finns inget hinder för befolkningen att sätta upp egna basstationer och låta dem nu villiga basstationer som går att nå. Vi har ett flertal mobiltelefoner som klarar av det särskilt äldre Ericsson. De agerar basstation om de blir tillsagda. Man kan ju gå lite längre och helt enkelt programmera om ett par att sitta vid förslagsvis de ryska basstationerna som jag tror är dummare därför att något ekonomiskt värde finns ju inte och ev. politiskt intresse de haft förr är ju borta så de fungerar väl bara därför att de står medan de kinesiska kan vara uppdaterade och ha möjlighet att filtrera. Problemet är ju dock att du normalt inte vet vilken basstation du anknyts till men visst att det går att lösa också. Men sådant här får folk en mobil och de hittar några korta tidsfönster de tror är säkert är det ju strålande och mycket i sig här. Fungerar det är det bra. Landet är så isolerat men kan de nå ut får de något att jämföra med.
